A treatment for damaged hair is IN Canterbury.
Doo-Das Salon has a new treatment which works wonders. L'Oreals Fiberceutic treatment, also known as 'botox for hair', is a new way to regain moisture and strength to your brittle hair.
The treatment takes around 15 minutes (minus the blow-dry and finish) and is at an affordable price.
Ami Tomlin (above) let HairDoUcare watch and film her applying the treatment. She explained:
"The treatment is applied in the basin after your hair has been shampooed. The hair is then put into three sections as you apply the filling serum. After this, the treatment goes over the top; there is a thickening treatment and a treatment for fine hair, so you can suit the treatment to the client".
The video above is Hannah Atterbury getting her hair treated with L'Oreal Professionnel Fiberceutic.
L'Oreal have used key technologies, which are exclusive salon treatments, to create what is known as 'hair Botox'. Although the treatment is known as this, it doesn't actually have any Botox involved. As you can see in the video above, the bottle and applicator resemble that of a syringe needle. The tiny molecules of treatment spread and fill the gaps in damaged hair, repairing the breakages that comes from colour and heat styling.
